I had an awning installed on Friday by your colleagues Andre and Ethan.

I cannot share with you how impressed I was with both the professionalism and skill exhibited by Andre during the complete process. When the time came for Ethan to arrive and assist Andre I was equally impressed with his professionalism.

I too am a General Manager and have Teams who complete industrial installations across North America and can tell you that I could only hope that my personnel (and I am happy to report that they are!) are as friendly, professional and skilled as Andre. I feel that it is important to acknowledge a job well done and that certainly is how my wife and I felt at the completion of our installation.

Please pass on my compliments to their supervisor, I can’t say enough about how professional craftsmen they (Cam and Ron) both are, organized, efficient with ultimate teamwork…they complimented each other to a “T”. Your installers were professional, conscientious, and courteous. They took care of my home and belongings while I was away on business and did an excellent job – the new windows look great with very nicely repainted trim. The lads were kind enough to switch off the furnace while the large windows were removed so that the heat didn’t go out the window – literally – and take my hard-earned money with it.

We were truly happy with what we had picked out in the showroom. When we saw it installed on the house it demonstrated to us that we not only picked the right product but the right place to purchase our long-term
investment.
